| On this site I read 80-85 during the day. I have a heat lamp and all that and the lady at the pet store said 80ish is good during the day. Well the heat lamp she sold us (I suppose more the bulb) doesn't heat the tank to more than about 75. Is this ok? I don't want him to be too cold. ANd should the water temp be about the same? |

I have a basking lamp which is 90 F right underneath it. I don't heat the water (apart from really cold period in the winter) but it usually stays about 75 F unheated! _________________ 1 Penninsular Cooter - Spook
