ok my box turtle seems very sensitive all of a sudden and she seems to keep her shell open much wider than usual is she goin to have eggs soon?

| are ther wild box turtles in your area because if not i think the eggs have to get fritilized |

she is a wild turtle i find one almost every year and let them go
