I have 2 RES that are about 3 years old. I want to be sure i am feeding them enough because i get scared sometimes that i'm either feeding them too much or not enough.

I have Reptomin pellets that i feed them daily which i put in about 30 pellets but being that i have two RES sometimes one eats more than the other. I tried feeding them outside of their tank and set them up in a 10 gallon i have empty and i put water in there along with a turtle dish but normally when i try to feed them in there they are too busy trying to swim on the glass that they dont realize the food. I have to normally turn them in the direction of the food in order for them to eat.

The other thing i feed them is Turtle Bites, i was told by the petstore worker that its good for them to eat, i dont feed them this daily because i am not sure if its good for them to eat everyday so i give it to them as a treat and throw about 3 each once a week.

The other thing i have is this turtle cubes which i forgot the name of but i have to keep them stored in the freezer. I was told these are great for RES and has lots of protein. I feed them one of these a week as well and just one single cube per RES.

I just want to know if the amounts i give them is enough or too much.

Does anyone know?

in the morning give your turtles 15 peices of the pellits then at night 15.
if your woriied of the other not getting as much feed them one at a time. im not sure wat u mean by turtle cubes or the turtle bites. Exclamation

but try getting some cuttle bone for them.

For the frozen pellets i cant remember the name but i will remember to look tonight when i get home at the brand name and name of food.

the amount of those turtle bites u give them is good but u can go up to two times a week. so wats the name of those turtle cubes?

ok good i dont feel bad that i never responded since you were not around anyway, lol...

so yea its just called Frozen Acquatic Turtle Diet. No name really, thats what it says on the box. Its frozen cubes for turtles. they seem to love them because they go through the cube in seconds after i give it to them.

no particular brand either which is odd. i hope you know what im talking about and i dont sound like a crazy person lol...
