I have 2 Baby Res that are close to 3 years old and i just finally purchased them a new home which is in a 60 gallon tank along with the fluval 405 canister filter and proper basking area and heater.

I had them in a 10 gallon tank for most of their time which i know was horrible to keep in for so long since they need their space but my financial situation just kept getting worse everytime i wanted to take care of this problem. I did not however, want to give them away because i wanted to keep them for myself.

but now its been close to 3 weeks that i have them set up in their new home and i keep noticing new problems on one of my RES. I heard some unusual noise which sounds like yawns but i read that its normal if its not frequent. Then i noticed layers of the scutes coming off but i was told its okay and normal.

Now the new thing i am noticing on both my RES is that their skin is peeling. they have little white pieces of skin coming off their neck area and arms and legs. please tell me this is normal and okay?

Is there something i can do for this or is this natural?
