| MY TURTLE JUST SWALLOWED A FISHING LURE!!! THE LURE IS ABOUT 1.5 IN. LONG AND MY TURTLE IS ABOUT 4.5 IN. LONG. THE LURE'S THICKNESS IS ABOUT 1/4 IN. AND MOST. IT IS VERY SQUISHY. CAN HE PASS IT THRU HIS SYSTEM OR WHAT?????? SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP. GIMME SOMETHING TO HELP HIM THROW IT UP!!!!!!!! |

| I can't think of anything that can make a turtle throw up... I would say watch it for about 24 hrs and if he hasnt pooped it out... take him to a herp vet. it could very easily cause a blockage |

The only thing I can say is go to a Herp vet but I must warn you if it has caused some sort of blockage not many vets are willing to open a turtle up it is a very complicated thing to do and most turtles do not recover from any type of procedure. lets hope the little guys passes it.  |
