my RES seems really hungry, how much food should be normal

you should give them the same amount of food that would fit into thier head if it were hollow. i usually give mine one or two pellets more than this, though. and, just so you know, once turtles recognize you as thier source of food, they will swim up to the side of the tank whenever they see you coming, it doesnt mean they are hungry, it just means they are begging for food. do not change your normal feeding schedule, otherwise you could be harming your turtle by overfeeding it.

Iv been feeding my 2 RES:
*2 sticks of ReptoMin in morning
*2 sticks of ReptoMin at night

They are only a year old, iv also been feeding them Brine Shrimp & Blood worm once a week.

Is the routine what i have going on good?
