Ok my little yellow belly is eating very well, He doesn't like to do it while I'm watching but if i come in halfway through he will continue eating.
I feed him live feeding worms which generally come in 2 sizes, small and big
I was just wondering If I had feeding him enough, he always seems like he is really really hungry when I put them in the water as it stirs him right away. I give him enough that it takes him about 5mins to get through, as that's what I heard the rule of thumb is, as they don't know when they have had enough until they feel sick? Or something along those line.
Any further information on feeding a turtle of 3 to 3.5 inches is much appreciated |

I tried some turtle pellet things and the dead dried out feeding worms but he won't eat anything except the live ones. Every now and again I give him a bit of chicken to mix it up which he likes a small bit of.
Other than that I don't know what else would be good for him |
