Pyramiding refers to a raising of each individual scute - not ridges along the spine. Each scute becomes a pyramid, so the turtle's entire back appears to be made of many pyramids.
You have what looks like a very healthy baby map turtle.
I hope you have him in a bigger tank now. I would advise not getting another turtle. At least not until you know more about what they need.
He is absolutely adorable.

Im very happy to see your response... The turtle is now in a bigger bowl as u suggested... it looks more elegant and seems more happy
