my 2 res like to lay on top of each other. its actually quite cute! they get up on their floating bask area and lay on top of each other. even if they are in the water one will sit on the bottom and the other will lay on top.. haha is this normal, and why do they do this?

i dont know why they do it, but its cute, its also normal. it shouldnt cause problems unless one gets way bigger than the other and still climbs all over him.

they like piling up. the really cute thing is seeing them at petshops when they're all the same tiny sizes and piling up in dozens. it's wrong though Rolling Eyes

i have two turtles and it really is cute to see them do that! I beleive another reason why they do this is becuse they like to cuddle, therefor it is a very good idea to get two turtles!

Turtles are better alone. Yes its cute to see them stacking but if you have aggressive turtles you will eed to seperate them. So if you dont have room just get one.
