why are cats are rewally afraid of water?i was allways woundering why.

Hmmm...thats a good question.

However not ALL cats are afraid of it.Some enjoy it or don't mind at all and there are a couple of breeds that are known for enjoying water...the turkish angora and the turkish van are two that are known to enjoy it!

i'm not into cats but i heard that if u didn't get them used to washing up since they were babies then forget about it when they're grown cz water could kill them. that's what i heard from so many people..

When I was young, my mom would let me and my brother play in those little blow up pools and sometimes my cat would join us in there, it was the weirdest thing. She had no problem with jumping in to the little pool and watching me and my brother splash around
