Right now my RES live in one of those plastic boxs that look likes a hamster carrier. I want to get him one of these; http://turtlesale.com/island-lagoons1.html . I just want to know if their safe. Thanx.

It doesn't look like a suitable home to me! can you not get a rubbermaid tub or aquarium? and you'll need filter, UV lamp and heat lamp too!

Do you know where I can buy a good habitat for my turtle, and the basics? I've never had a reptile before. The most I've ever had were sea monkeys, who died in two days. So I've got absolutely no idea what do, or what I need.

You can get a rubbermaid storage container, a heater to help maintain temps, a fiter. And a basking light, uva/uvb light. and a basking dock.

choos a rubbermaid tub they are cheap esay to cleana nd very light unlike aquariums tank theya er heavey and hard to clean plus they are expensive unlike rubbbermaid tubs they are cheap.
