I am not sure if you want the name to start with a B or end with the same sound so I am just throwing things out... The one that popped into my head first have been mentioned Benny so I guess from there maybe Denny, Beany, Billy, Freddy, Bettman, Freddy, Baity ok so maybe not great names but trying to help. Maybe just keep the name Betty and call him the Bet?
