I got her!!!!! Her name is Lez and she is a beatiful Slider! I have her in a 55G tank with a pile of rocks for her to go on and fish to eat! (Plz Reply!) Laughing

I dont know how big she is, I don't feed her anythin other than fish and I dont

she needs a variety of food other than fish. in fact, too much fish isn't good for her and should be given only as a treat no more than twice a week. get the turtle pellets they sell at petshops and give her small pieces of carrots.

tips:
get cuttlebone from the bird's section and remove the outer layer then cut it into small pieces and feed them to ur turtle. this ensures she gets the right amount of needed calcium

do u have all the lights and heaters she needs?

That is a really great start! 55gal! Wow! That's what I have now, and I was one of the ppl who didn't do my research until after I got the turt and I went thru a ten and twenty gal in no time at all!! Congratulations on your new addition!! Laughing
