Not really sure, I think that it was explained at some point, but it was a long time ago and I have forgotten where it was.

1- i've joined since Sept. 2004
2- i had so much free time most of the days that time (i went to uni but never studied anything at home).
3- we're moving our offices at work so i'm on vacation now
