i got it too and it wasn't the 1st time. this happens when hmm ok let me put it this way:
this website as well as many other are hosted on a server. since everything in this world is limited, server sizes are limited too no matter how many new ones they add cz the internet is growing hugely in a scary way. ok back to us, the owner pays for a certain "space" to store everything in this site on (this space is called bandwidth). once it reaches the limit (from posting to uploading pix to anything and everything we do in here), the server people have to put it down let's say until the coming month when they refresh the site's bandwidth again and allow us for more usage. it is exactly similar to ur email's KB and MB.

that happedn to me like 2 times i though i was banned from here for days.now i know why it does that now.i was shock when that happend so ussally i wait intill it over.

| I knew what it meant...just was curious to how one hour its maxed and 30 minutes later its up and running? Thats what Im curious about............so explain this please....... |
