I gave you a few links in one of your other posts. Please don't re-post your question so much. Give people time to answer it and check back. _________________ -= Shannon =- |

hey im austin...sorta a newbie...lol
i have caught turtles and kept them over the weekend feeding them raw fish(which they seem to like) most of them being sliders and red ear sliders...my mom found a box turtle crawling across the road and i googled the turtle for more info. my search led me to this site.the turtle has been abused, or shot out from under the wheel of a car and skidded. its shell has taken a beating so im taking it in as a pet...or thinking about it. will i be able to keep it alive?
he seems friendly...he pokes his head out and crawls around and will let you pet him but i dont know much about land turtles and turtles alltogether. |

Check out BoxTurtleSite.org. It's has some good care sheets and information on taking care of them. Good luck! _________________ -= Shannon =- |

| it means u feed him what ever food worms some fruit 2 times a week but how big is it becasue if its 5 inches its an adult so then u only need 2 to 3 times a week if younger then u need to feed more often and box turtles can eat lettuce. |
