\"I have checked their little feet and see only claws. One is staying in the water and the other 2 have burrowed in the gravel and appear to be sleeping. However, they do and have been swimming. I have a 5 gal aquarium and a section of water and a section of gravel where they can get out of the water. I have a light but no heater. They are a dark green color, yellow striped bellies, some yellow stripes on the face and brown stripes where the ears would be. They are really cute but so small!\"
Do these characteristics sound familiar to anyone. Ginag posted this as a reply and I wanted to post it as a new topic so that someone might help her determine what she has. I\'m not sure exactly, I thought it might be an RES, but she said they didn\'t look exactly like the pictures she saw. She was sold three 1 1/2\" turtles. She isn\'t sure what they are, and the person who sold them to her said they didn\'t even like water, however they are swimming fine. I just thought we could help her and her little guys out.
