Well I wanted a different set up for my two little guys. The 125 I had was almost too big to keep up wiht just the 2 little guys in there and will be there home when they get bigger. So I was browsing a local pet store saw one I wanted. They were selling for 155 and I made one just like it for 80 =p.
Sorry picks aren't soo good. But those my two babies begging
here is whole set-up
Not totally finished need to get some more play stuff for them an way to do that today. |

bought the stuff and slapped it together.
ALso. they are only like 2-3 inches the water is around 5 inches deep. SHould I go deeper? |

| u could go deeper and watch them dive up and down and that size it will feel like they have more room to swim in. |

Have heard about turtles drowning and all is why I am worried.
Also can driftwood from the ocean be used or would too much salt leech out.? |

I don't know about the driftwood, but I think your turts will be fine with more water as long as they can easily access areas to get out of the water.  _________________ shade & sweetwater! |

raise the water gradually. they are good swimmers and learn quickly so don't worry as long as they have something accessible to rest on (plants and/ or basking area) _________________ Wed 10/27/2004 is the worst day..i lost my best friend Leo
