| Greetings from sunny SoCal! I'm not a turtle owner yet, but I am planning on getting one in the next few months so I'm frantically researching and reading everything I can get my hands on. This forum looks great. I'm sure I will learn a lot. |

I'm still debating that. I have a 55 gallon tank and I'm worried that a RES will eventually grow out of that. I read that there is a species called Reeve's turtles that only get to be about 6 inches. That sounds like it will fit the tank better, but I can't find much info on that turtle. |
