| Hey, I have a 29 gallon tank and I recently purchased a very expensive zoo med slider hood and reptisun 10.0 for my RES. This type of hood has a socket for a basking light and for the tube uvb light. I left it on for hours and when I came home the water was almost 90 degrees and the tank was humid, I didn't think that the reptisun would make the tank temp go up and now I am confused. Please advise. |

You should get the reptiglo 5.0. Do you have a heater?
