I am new here, I have several little critters, but do not own a turtle right now.I had them when I was a kid, but back then I didn;t know much about them and got rid of them.I feel horrible about it now that I am an adult (I am 21)...I decided to join to learn more about turts.
My sister is actually on this forum, her name is "Jabori" and she has two RES turts.
Anyway, I look forward to my stay... _________________ My Babies:

HUGE applaud goes out to you for trying to learn more about turtles before going out and purchasing one! You won't believe how uncommon that is. _________________ -= Shannon =- |

i dont find taking care of a turtle hard at all,but it is some work its like having an indoor cat you have to clean its litter everyday but with turtles its not that bad but you gotta clean there tanks alot unless you have a really really good filter..but it is work to take care of them so if your willing to do that then your ready to own one..
It can be expencive once you buy all the stuff for it but after that they dont cost next to nothing to keep happy and healthy and after that its easy as pie and its awsome to have them around and watch them swim is the best thing ever:) _________________ *CUTIE* |
