Hello Robin,
I live in the Detroit Michigan area (not too far from you I suppose). I have a 6-yr old RES. She is in very good health, but I travel a lot and while I take good care of her, I always wonder about her quality of life. I think she would be better off with another RES and someone who is home more often to give her the love and attention she deserves. I have a 55-gal tank, Fluval 4 filter, lighting etc.
Would you like to come up and see her ?

Just a reminder - turtles aren't particularly social animals and don't need companions.
Not to discourage you, but just keep it in mind. They may not get along - which means you'll need two turtle tanks and have to spend twice as much time cleaning. |

| That is true. I had to do same for my turtle's. The girl is smaller than Meshak and bit him. So I bought him 29g and left her the 10g. |
