i just got a new type of food for my two RES turtles and on the directions it says to only feed them how much they can eat in one minute. THe only problem is, my turtles just leave the food there for like an hour and eat it slowly....these are Textra Floating Food things...

You are familiar with how much they normally eat. I would go with that for right now. Are they about the same nutritionaly as what you were feeding before?

i'm not sure.. i think they are more nutritional just because the previous food i had gotten with the turtles in china town just in this plastic bag. but the new food is smaller
