hello everyone,
I just wanted a little bit of help...
I really really want to know the sex of my turtle to know what he or she is... can u guys help me out... i herd it is the nails and the length of them but i don't understand its confusing...can u help???please

How old is your turtle? Most of the time its hard to know for sure until the turtle is more than 3 inches long. The male turtle's claws will be much long (very noticable if you compare male and female) and the body will be much smaller than a female's. Also the male's tail will be much longer and thicker than a females.

my turtle is about 4/5 inches long, had him since he was the size of about a toonie... i looked at squirts front claws and they don't seem that long, not as long as the ones in that picture but the tail is long, so i dunno...lol

| Yes, with him being so small, not even an inch long, there's no way to tell. |

yes i can get pictures but i dont think of any close ups i'm scarred to pic him p and touch his feet he/she doesn't like to be held , hisses and everything...lol
but ya i can take pics i don't know how to post them on here, if you can help me out...
