Any chance there is an electrical device that might be shorting out, like a water heater or maybe a wire going into the water, also might be the water pump. I don't know how to check to see if there is an electrical current in the water, but usually if you have a small cut (like on the tip of you fingernail{nail biter}), you can tell because you will get a small shock, just make sure you wash real good afterwards.  _________________
