What types of symptoms is she displaying, just sneezing?

Raise your water temps to 86 and your basking to 90. This will give her immune system a boost.
Give her 1 drop of Vit A or 1 drop of a good multi vit suitable for herps. Make sure she has a good variety of veggies to munch on carrot peels are a good choice as is kale no romaine for a little while. Get some good live foods. Prekilled guppies are a good choice if she is really small or weak. Other wise go with feeder goldfish. Complete or whole fish contain needed nutrients for a sick turtle.

She seems to be basking alot on her rock. She hasn't moved off that rock for 2 days now. Just above it she has a 60 watt light ( temporary until get uv light). I have had her for 4 weeks now and been doing great the first 3. And sleeping alot.
Could i warm some water for her and put it in her tank? I've been putting some cold water not to cold(purified water) and never had a problem with it before.Since i don't have the filter i clean her tank every 5 days.

I 've been feeding her some pellets, carrots, and shrimp and dosen't want to eat anything. So i think. Sad

P.s could i find the vit drops at a PETsMART or any petstore?

thanks for helping Very Happy

sorry for the little girl, i hope she'll be ok again soon. most probably it was from cold water cz weather changes affects them a lot especially when they're still babies so keep an eye on the temps always

good luck and keep us posted

If she is not going for the shrimp (smelly food) then she is pretty sick. If you don't have a thermometor pick one up. The floating ones run just a few $ at any pet store, you need to see exactly what those temps are. I would bet anything that is where the problem is. There is a temp zone (66-72F. the old breeders call this the "Death-Zone") that is to cold to hibernate and yet not warm enough to stimulate hunger and your turtle will develope infections and such. They can usually handle being in this zone for two or three weeks before showing symptoms. Bad thing is it is the temp most of us keep out homes heated to, so without a heater most of these little guys suffer. A normal tank should be kept 78-86 and the basking area slightly warmer to encourage them to get out and "dry off". I like mine around 80 for the water and 85 for the basking area. When they are sick you can up the temps to give their immune systems that boost but remember to lower it again once they are well. You can warm some of the water but you really need to get a heater. I picked up a small one for one of my little tanks at Wally World for $20.

As for vit drops I pick mine up at my local pet store and I live in a fairly small town so I imagine Pet Smart or Petco would have them. But honestly they have surprised me before with what they didn't carry. Surprised Just check out the section for lizards. In a pinch a small people vit A capsule will work. Don't give them the whole thing. I would just use a pin to break it open then rub one drop in to her mouth.

I would also not wait to long. If she doesn't perk up with the warmer area and some vit A I would get her into the vet. they will probably give her a Vit shot and an antibiotic.
