i was wondering about the basking light, should i leave it on for 12 hours (so she can get some sleep) or 24 hours?
i also wanted to know if i could dipp some of the pellets in tuna juice(brand:chicken of the sea). for her to enjoy or should i just drop some tuna into her tank?
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.
THANKS |

basking lights don't have to be on for the whole day cz they get some night in the wild so it's best if u divide it 12/12. but the heat light should be on always to moderate the temps.
for tuna, yes u can do it either way but i personally suggest feeding it in a separate container cz it's so messy and oily. just don't overdo it cz u know tuna has many fats that are not good for turtles unless given as treats (once every 1-2 weeks). but BEWARE: they go crazy after tuna
