There was a ? about how to get the last bit of water out of a tank, and what I use for both fish and turtles is turkey basters. Also good for scooping up that blob of poo in the corner of a full tank, when you don't need/have time for a full-throttle gravel vac attack.
I have a separate one for turtles and one for fish, so they don't get cross-contaminated. And, of course, a separate one for the kitchen! They cost about $3 each. |

I use a plain old rag. Mop it up and bucket style. This way I can scrub while I get rid of that annoying puddle in the tank. _________________ 2 big RES, 1 Flowerhorn Cichlid, 1 Cockatiel. I will alway hold a place in my heart for Daphne, my albino RES. |
