My baby Res "Oliver" was in the tank with Dyrtle for a couple of days before she died and I'm worried about him.
he's not showing any signs of being sick but he's not that active either. I'm not too sure if he even eats, He sleeps a loooooot. I talk to him, make sure that the water temp is good, I take him out of the water sometimes but now I'm out of options.
Please tell me what to do or if i should even worry about him or just leave him alone.

Mine was like that for about 5 months. Try getting a dock and filling your tank up 3/4 full. I think mine was dehydrated. There was no heater so he might have been cold and went into hibernation..which I am pretty sure he did. One day I just added some water and a heater and he is more active than ever.

Tanx Dior, I did everything you said even before I read your posting, and he is more active. I put more water in the tank, the light is still the same but now he stays in the water more. At least he's eating and playing hide and seek with me. Cool
