-I have read from many different sites that by the time it becoms a problem they have swallowed a pebble and chocked. I hate to be so negative, but you may want to get bigger pebbles before something happens.
Looks real nice though, lots going on he probably won't be a bored turtle _________________ 2 big RES, 1 Flowerhorn Cichlid, 1 Cockatiel. I will alway hold a place in my heart for Daphne, my albino RES. |

Well the camera I have takes the best clearest outdoor pics in the world. And the Worst indoor pics. So this is what I have that it is new scince the move to Tennessee. I have wired all the air bubble hoses/submerisible lights through thte PVC. Mainly because they mess my nice setup and it's a drag to get to. I have both my lights going (Heat and UVB light) as well as a sub. heater (Go Walmart !!!) and thats about it. Oh, yes my Fluval 404 the best $120 bucks I ever spent. Especially after not having to change the water every 2 weeks. Enjoy.
- Ed
P.S. I'm not happy with the quality of these pics and hope to get better ones soon. _________________ Where Ever You Go There You Are.

That's a really nice setup. I love the big basking rock, and I see you even have the digi thermometer. That's tight. Keep posting. _________________ Where Ever You Go There You Are.

thanks! yes I do have the digi thermometers...I'm too lazy to look and read the regular ones. I dunno if you can see but I actually have 2 digi thermometers in there. One of them goes to the water and one is over the basking rock. you can kinda see both probes in the first pic |

| well the first turtle tank I ever had was a 35 gal. It just had a rock to bask on that hung from the top. It was rather simple and only took me a few hours. This one took me about a week to set up! |

I got it at PetSmart, but they have it at the local pet stores around here too. It's a pretty popular background for reptiles, since it's one of the only ones with rocks. It's actually a double sided background..the other side is just rounded river rocks (instead of the flat rocks you see in mine) and theres no sky either. both sides have a few fake plants though, but I kinda like them. |

Everyone has such wonderful set-ups.
I don't own an aquatic turtle. I have a Russian Tortoise. I can post a picture of his set-up if ya want. I noticed this thread is called 'Aquatic Tank Setups' though, so perhaps I should start a tortoise one! _________________ -= Shannon =- |
