I was watching my turtles and they have skin coming off of their little legs is this normal?

I have two RES and they are shedding on their legs. but other whys are doing great is this normal or are they getting sick? Never have I had this happen. Need to know what to do for my babies. |

they're shedding, that's a sign of growing
