| This is a new one. I know what to do about the algae and the fungus, but what is this? How do I get rid of it and keep it away? |

| It grows on the ramps, rock and sometimes the sides of the tank. Is there any way to keep the ph balanced so this stuff doesn't grow? I clean it off when I clean the tank, but I don't want to clean the large tank every other week. That's why I feed them in a separate tank and have a filter. |

I have read that it is actually a good sign when you see algae growing, it means that your tank is healthy, ofcourse, keeping the algae under control is a bit difficult, I don't get much because I clean the tank every week, so the little that I do see, I just scrub it and that is it. _________________
