I have owned larger turtles in the past with no problems, but I am new to the hatchling thing.
I noticed that their shells are getting the shape of a triangle or pyramid. Why is that? Am I feeding them too much? I feed them once a day and only portions the size of their head.
What will happen to them if the peaking does not stop?
Thanks,
Nick |

watch out for that..u will have to put them on a diet..cut their feeding times to once every other day and keep some floating leaves so if they feel hungry they will eat some..and if u can put them to walk on the floor or something it will work..
good luck _________________ Wed 10/27/2004 is the worst day..i lost my best friend Leo

| I feed my babies once a day and sometimes float romaine in their tank. Never use iceberg lettuce it has no nutritonal value and the turtles can get hooked on it. |
