my RES (2 of them) that i got yesterday aren't eating the pellets im giving them. my friend told me to break them up into smaller pieces so i did--- i got the pellets with the turtles in chinatown with my friend so im nto too sure that the food is right for them _________________ ~The owner of Mauro and Lorenzo |

u have to make sure that the pellets are appropriate for turtles. anyways they usually don't eat for the first couple of weeks or so bcz they are scared. try to grab their attention by smelly food like cooked chicken, tuna fish, cooked turkey...i personally suggest the tuna, 95% guaranteed good luck _________________ Wed 10/27/2004 is the worst day..i lost my best friend Leo

Also......might want to keep a small leaf of lettuce (not iceburg) so that when your aren't around they have something to snack on when your not looking! You have to realize that while you are no harm too them they look at you and your a giant that could threat them. When your not around they might eat a little.
