I just added a female to my 100 gallon tankful of 2 males, which have been together a couple of years and have gotten along fine. Now, will they start fighting over her? I don't mind a bit of posturing, as long as it doesn't get violent.

Also, I know they will breed and she will lay eggs, but what will happen if all I have is a solid basking platform and no real beach for her to bury them on?

Finally, how much basking room do I need? I had enough room for the two, with "stacking," but not enough for all 3 to bask at the same time---is that necessary?

If there is no beach then add more sand. You might also want to get a bigger rock just in case they all happen to want to lay on the rock at the same time.
