When does everyone get out for school, and what are you doing this summer?

I get out next Wednesday, and I have no idea what I'm doing other than going to band camp! Whoo-hoo!!!!!

i'm done with school i go to college and my exams are this coming thursday for a week Sad

i'll have a small vacation for 10 days b4 going back to the summer course and then i'll be travelling in august..all what i'll do that period is find a good temp home for my babies..my choices are:

1-a friend who lives close but already killed 2 ducks, 2 birds, a parrot, and had 3 cats and a dog that she got rid of in the streets Mad

2-a friend who has no idea about turtles but i know will take good care of them..the problem is that he lives bit far away and will have to carry them in the bus

3- get an automatic feeder for green and take mint with me (on the airplane and to 3 different countries where there will be no fixed place to stay in)..he still can't eat by himself

the idea of leaving them is killing me,,i just don't want to think about it now Sad

Be carefull some countries do not allow animals, like russia no Frogs, Hawaii everything has to be quarenteened.

Be carefull check with the cont animal control

i'll ask about that although i don't think they mind cz they actually wouldn't care about animals..i found a pet resort in here but they didn't respond

I start the summer off working at Space Camp as the videographer... so I get to deal with all the kids that are out of school... WHOOPPEEE

Sounds like you have the ideal job, play around with the kids and when the day is done send them home to their mom and dad. Laughing

Yea but with a shuttle launching and gravity simulators it can get quite hectic, but I guess I do have a fund job. I get to play gravityless everyday.

Aww, you're gonna make me cry Sad

My summers are spent working, I haven't even gotten time off to go fishing, and I love to fish, salt water, I could never get the hang of freshwater fishing. Confused

Well my family is supposedly going to Alington to get my grandfathers ashes interred. Then my mom might have to go to Ohio with my sisters, but I have to stay with my dad to take care of the pets.

that explains why my summer is bad, the weather! it's boiling in here the temps reach 50's C outside and humidity is 100% u can hardly breath..the best thing we have is the beach..there's a nice clean one but they're not allowing anyone to go these days cz of water currents, jelly fish, and some kind of poisonous sea snakes..if it wasn't for leaving college i would say I HATE SUMMER TIME

Awhh I love summer, I used to live in Hawaii and they don't even have AC's there youjust live with your windows open.

100 degrees is marvoulous to me I love hot weather I HATE THE WINTER. But that's why I live in Florida cause it's like perfect all year around.

i'm out of college for the summer (so far.. they're trying to plug me in a summer class so i graduate faster.. Sad

but i really really need a break).. but we're not doing anything fun.

i'm going to have to wake up at ungodly hours and do what i have to do... and find a job.. bleh.

when you get older.. life gets.. dustier. lol.

other then that, i'll probably be swimming a lot.. playing with my turtles and painting.

i need/want a good rest though.. =p the last semester was hectic.. (i'm in my 4th year at uni now!! i NEED a break lol)
