I have a 20 gallon tank. I have a repti basking light 75 watt and a submersible water heater. I also have a filter and a turtrle dock a long with some river gravel on the bottom. I also have a water thermometer and a land one. Every day the water level goes down a lot, I have to constantly put more water in the tank. WHATS GOING ON!!!

That is what is known as evaporation, the water is probably getting heated at the surface and getting evaporated quickly, how is the water temp. looking like, make sure that it isn't getting too hot. I myself, have to pour in about a gallon every two to three days, no big deal, as long as it isn't a leak.
