it might be..why not..although personally it doesn\'t get into my mind..but such things exist in human beings so why not with turtles _________________ Wed 10/27/2004 is the worst day..i lost my best friend Leo

i read the same on austins page in the fun fact...below 29C it\'s boy and over 29C it\'s a girl...no more surprise...snif...i bet that\'s the way for people who sale them to tell u the sex even if they too young... _________________ i'm not a expert,i just try to help.... |

I suppose that\'s true, if they\'re breeders, but most of the time, they just get them off a truck somewhere to sell at a fleamarket.(which, bytheway, is where I got mine.) _________________

yeah and i don\'t know how do they sell them abroad but what i see here is that there are at least 20-30 turtles in one tank so they would never remember which was a male or a female _________________ Wed 10/27/2004 is the worst day..i lost my best friend Leo

Yeah, that\'s pretty much the way everyone sells turtle babies, in bunches, the lady I bought one of my turtles from had about 10 turtles in one open container(kinda like a plastic island shape with a ramp in the middle), and she had some more (about 15 others) in another container. _________________
