Here are a few turtle poems (hey, and you can respond with some of your own!) that I tohught you might enjoy...I hope they\'re good!!! (I\'m still sorta an amateur.)

\"Hey, turtle, basking in the sun!
I think you\'re my number one!
Your shell, so cool and oh-so shiny!
Map turtles have a shell that is very spiny!
Your eyes are bright, and full of hope.
When sad times come, you help me cope!
I love you turtle, oh-so much.
You, might heart will forever clutch.\"

The sound of children\'s laughter
Drifting through the air,
Reaching up to the heavens,
As they sit there without a care,

When your young you dont
Understand the fine line there
is between life and death,

When someone passes
Away you done think twice
About it, that\'s only because
You dont understand,

If they\'re dying from a disease,
You dont care because you dont
Understand,

You dont understand
Why your parents cry every time
You bring up the subject,
You dont understand why
You parents leave all the time,

That\'s because you dont
Understand,

When you finally get to
go see that person in
The giant whit hospital bed,
You dont think anything of it,
You dont know what\'s wrong with
Them nor do you care,
That\'s because you dont
Understand

But when you finally do
Understand...it will be too late,
That person will have passed,
While the sorrow wraps its self
Around you swallowing you hole,

You\'ll finally think....of what was
Really going on while you parents
Said you grandpa was on vacation
And decided to never come back......
