My stepson brought home a red ear slider last month...we thought he was so sweet until she had 2 eggs yesterday. Now we think she is so sweet. She lives in a wading pool pond with an island complete with grass and dirt. But she didn\'t bury the eggs. Should I bring them in? I don\'t want to harm them. I want to give them every chance to grow up to be healthy.

Check out the link under care sheets and water turtle care. The most important thing is NOT TO TURN OVER THE EGGS or the baby will die. It has to be marked before moved. There is a section after hibernation regarding breeding and it explains about how to handle the eggs. Good Luck and keep us posted!

Thank you! I did read it and moved them carefully last night. I worried they\'d bake in the sun. We\'re in a Chicago suburb and it can get HOT.

I will keep you posted. We\'re very excited.
