I got a RES male turtle and he isnt growing the tank is 20 gallons but I have it filled up half way. I had him for 1 year an I had my female RES for 1 year and she is growing rapidly. male turtle about 1 in and female about 2 1/2 in I dont know why my male isnt growing

Is the female getting most of the food that u put in?
