I had lots of turtles. None of them are with me now, but here are the names of the ones I can remember: Trix, Dance, Twins,Snappy, Kicky, and Mappy.

just pondering...LOL...I'm new so...but do turtles, after they get older do they understand the name thing and what you are saying? Turtles have alot more personality than i ever thought they had so as i was reading names i was just wonderin? Oh by the way my RES...is rocky...we wanted a rock star name couldn't think of one...so...ROCKY it is

My RES name is Harmony...

Actually, my sister picked it out. We were trying to come up with an H word so my dog could say it... My dog says mainly H words... she is a hound dog so she can really howl them out. lol.
Anyway, after throwing around a few H names such as Hannah, my sister suggested Harmony. Now, my sister didn't actually want her to be named Harmony she was just saying it for giggles... but my mom and I liked it so that's what we named it...
The ride home (over an hour) I was talking to her and said to her "Harmony, you're not going to live in peace and Harmony." And she doesn't, not with my beagel/bassit hound mix... and the fact that nobody in my house is quiet.

Well, anyway, I kept talking to her the ride home until my sister said "Shut up, quit talking to your stupid turtle."

lol... good times, tormenting my sister.

I shouldn't be so mean considering she bought Harmony... Wink
