Payment

Paypal/Credit Card Orders:

We accept Visa and Mastercard through the online processing service PayPal.

To pay for your item using your credit card via Paypal simply click the Paypal button in the items listing.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Paypal, it is an easy and secure way to pay for items via credit card.

Paypal is free, and an excellent way to make credit card payments online. Upon clicking the Paypal button you are directed to a secure web page where you confirm the details of your order such as amount and shipping address. If you are not yet a member of Paypal you will be given an opportunity to sign up. It only takes a few minutes to get signed up and there is no fee to you for this.

If you wish to pay via regular mail, please send us an e-mail first at webmaster@allturtles.com. We will reply with a printable order form containing instructions on where to send payment. Since our artwork items are one of kind, we will hold the item you are purchasing to ensure that no one else purchases it.

Please note that we do not accept personal checks. Money orders only.

Shipping

Normally items are shipped within 72 hours after receipt of payment. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and are insured against loss or damage. All of the prices quoted on this site include shipping.

At this time we are accepting orders from the United States only.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from AllTurtles. If there is a problem with the item you purchased, it may be returned within 7 days for a refund. To request a return authorization and shipping instructions, please e-mail us at webmaster@allturtles.com and put "Refund" in the subject line of your e-mail.
